Every service level comes with an "Evidence Locker" that gives you a complete, timestamped audit trail of every request we send. Additionally, campaigns that fail to receive our notifications - whether due to technical difficulties or willful refusal - are automatically reported to the appropriate federal agency. This creates a complete paper trail for potential legal action, since violations may carry penalties of up to $50,120 per email and $1,500 per text under federal law.
🔄 Can I upgrade my service level later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Targeted to Shield anytime. When you upgrade, all your existing opt-out requests remain active, and you get ALL the same Targeted features applied to ALL campaigns (not just the ones you originally selected) plus ongoing coverage from new campaigns. This makes it easy to start small and scale up as needed.

Choose Targeted ($5/campaign) if you want to test our service or target the worst offenders with surgical precision. Shield Protection ($10/month) gives you ALL the exact same Targeted features (federal law backing, privacy protection, Evidence Locker, etc.) but applies them to ALL existing campaigns PLUS ongoing protection from new campaigns as they register. We recommend starting with targeted opt-outs to test the service, then upgrading to Shield for complete peace of mind.
⚡ How fast does it work?
Most campaigns comply within 48-72 hours of receiving our legally valid opt-out request. However, federal law gives them up to 10 business days for email and requires immediate compliance for text messages. Our Evidence Locker tracks exact compliance times, and the vast majority of campaigns meet federal requirements. Those that don't face automatic reporting and potential federal penalties.
🔒 How do you protect my privacy?
We use SHA-256 encryption to protect your contact information. All Compliance Alliance members (political campaigns, marketing vendors, list companies) only receive anonymous cryptographic hashes of your email and phone number - they never see your actual contact details.

📧 What if I need to add email addresses or phone numbers later?
You can add additional contact information anytime through your dashboard. Each new email or phone number gets the same level of protection as your original information. For Targeted protection, you'll need to specify which campaigns to opt-out from for each new contact method. For Shield protection, new contact information is automatically protected against all current campaigns.
Post-Purchase Questions
I just signed up. Why am I still getting political emails/texts?
There is a short lag time for campaigns to process our requests. Federal law gives them up to 10 business days to comply. You should see a significant reduction in messages within a week or two. If you continue to receive messages from a specific campaign after that period, check your Evidence Locker dashboard to see if they're listed as non-responsive, then use our "One-Click Complaint Generation" tool to take legal action.
How do I access my account and Evidence Locker?
Simply visit our login page and enter your email address. We'll authenticate you through our secure Stripe portal (the same system you used to sign up), then redirect you to your Evidence Locker dashboard. Your dashboard shows a detailed timeline of every request we've sent, delivery confirmations, and any campaign responses.

I received a message from a campaign I wasn't expecting. Did the service fail?
Not necessarily. There are a few possibilities:
- • Timing: The campaign may have sent the message before they processed our request.
- • Different Identifier: You may have signed up for our service with email1@example.com, but the campaign contacted you at email2@example.com. You can add additional identifiers to your account for complete protection.
- • Technical Issues: The campaign may need help processing requests. In this case, you can use your "Evidence Locker" to generate formal documentation.
How do I report a campaign that isn't honoring the request?
First, log into your Evidence Locker dashboard to confirm we sent a request to them and that the 10-business-day window has passed. Then, you can use our "One-Click Complaint Generation" tool to create a pre-populated legal complaint document. If a campaign fails to receive our notifications - whether due to technical issues or willful refusal - they'll automatically appear on our Public Non-Responsive Campaign Registry.
How do I manage my account and subscription?
From your Evidence Locker dashboard, you can access your billing portal to manage subscriptions, payment methods, and account details. You can also add additional email addresses or phone numbers to protect multiple contact methods under the same account.
What is the Non-Responsive Campaign Registry?
Our Public Non-Responsive Campaign Registry is a transparent list of political campaigns that have failed to receive our opt-out notifications. This includes both campaigns experiencing legitimate technical difficulties (who we work with to resolve issues) and campaigns that willfully refuse to accept our communications (which constitutes deliberate non-compliance).
Automatic Listing: Campaigns are added automatically after 3+ consecutive delivery failures or an 80%+ failure rate over time.
